What to eat ler....
.
.
Many might not be aware including myself, that I will be going to Vietnam soon. Around the corner in fact. Was pretty busy with Ching Meng and what not, that the whole things just bloody slip my mind. Me going to Saigon with usual mate, which is Cousin Rain. We go vacation together all the time we might as well call ourselves the Weather Duo. She is Rain and I am Sun.
.
Anyway names aside, earlier I chatted up with my Saigon classmate, he said, "どうして Saigon へ行くの。面白いどころがあまりないし、今まも暑いし。。。36 度よ。" Loosely translated means why wanna go Ho Chi Minh, nothing fun there one..and it's 36 degrees now ler. How comforting that the Saigon native tells me there is nothing fun in his homeland.
.
Since I belatedly remembered about the trip (lucky I already applied leave), I start to actively look for hotels and surprise surprise, Cousin Rain already did it. Proofs the sun does rise from North sometimes. Usually she is the passive one in terms of itinerary planning. She already sourced down the hotel and did a draft itinerary. AMAZING. I was so impressed I ask her to forward me the draft. When I opened the draft...... it's has more food notations inside than places of interest. What the..... (=___=") *sweat* There is even a Taiwan Shabu shabu dinner inside.
.
Now why are we eating Taiwan Shabu shabu in Vietnam? That is just plain weird. Asked the question to Cousin Rain and she also said she also think it's weird. (=___=") *sweat R2* . What can I say man, trips with Cousin Rain are never dull.
.
Haven't decided yet, what luggage to bring, the back pack or the trolley. Also haven't decided where we are staying though we have send some emails to some prospects. Also haven't decide how much money to change and I need to clean the bathroomb before I go ( on toilet duty this week of all weeks). Only thing we have decided - what to eat there...
.
Whatever happens we shall not starve...
